Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family in 1984. Her father had a career in bodybuilding, while her siblings participated in various sports, including hockey on ice. Aleesha was a sports fan before like softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha obtained her professional license following her win at the NPC USA Championships in 2014. But she started competing in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place in the 9th place race. In 2015, she remained in her ninth place. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016, in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving and was able to take home her first ever pro title: the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 she had her most impressive WOS Rising Phoenix performance, in which she finished 4th. The "World's most powerful mom" took a break from fitness due to health reasons.
